Yeah, this exactly. My understanding of their rules is that the highest priority emergencies will be subbed in where possible. In your example, players 18 and 19 can be subbed in and I would expect to see that rather than players 18 and 21.

My guess is he goes to FRF, because that spot will get filled first, and he is the highest ranked FRF on my bench. And that he would do so whatever other players/positions I had ranked below him
I guess we will find out for sure on Monday, unless any of Arrow, Griffen or Murray are a late scratching
