    Can't get every cash cow I guess so thinking of passing on Thompson altogether. With limited trades I think I can gain more on maximum trades mid season than making $100K out of Thompson in the next month and having to get rid of him after 5 weeks. Only takes another big score to be wrong but only takes 1 sub 20 score to put the breaks on too. Storm twice, Broncos and Eels I will take my chances things don't go his way.

    Your reasoning is solid. I came to the same conclusion. There is really no right or wrong answer, as you say he might get another good score and make you feel like a chump for not having him, or he may as wingers do, get a crap score and make you feel like a champ. Thompson has been in and out of my team, I'll probably decide at the last minute with a couple of drinks under my belt!

    This Doughi talk really grinds my gears (due to self reflection). No idea to find the post, but around this time last week I had a rant along the lines of;

    "why would you buy a player, who isn't injured, or named to play assuming Arey will get injured"

    Screw you Arey and your glass body. Making me look dumb.

    Avatar bet on Thompson's average over the next month? I'll be surprised if he averages higher then 30.

    30 average from now on puts him on 410k in 5 weeks

    Just watching Storm Bulldogs highlights besides early try every time I saw RFM he's used in dummy runs or hands on hips and when Fualalo no try with about 10 mins to go he's hands on knees sucking air.

    So conflicted on SST trade out

    First game of the season and first time playing the 80, will take a few weeks to gain match fitness. He is a sideways runner and just slaps hands away. Constantly runs at the halfback too, who generally is your worse defender, so there's his fantasy point.

    I dunno. He's lining up against Addo-Carr, who has a few defensive question marks on him. If Marsters can bend the line a bit then Thompson may get a look-in.

    Just watched a highlight video on doughy. Looks good under the high ball and always backing up the forwards for the offload.

    This lack of stats is turning me off playing this form of the game. I messaged fan hub about it and they directed me to nrlfantasy.com.au (even got the link wrong as nrl.fantasy.com) saying that it's the stats center as if they put it together in the interim.

    Will persevere but am going to focus more on supercoach and sportsdeck.

    Can't remember the poster that put it together but I'd be very upset about fanhub passing on the link and not giving credit where credit is due.

    Good luck everyone, I'll maintain my team but my choices are likely to be based on sportsdeck research.

    Doughnut, Dodo, AvocaDO, Doughhead

    or simply

    Aoueihi (for Wookiees this on is easiest to pronounce, we struggle with the D)

    Do you happen to have a screenshot of fanhub recommending someone else's product over their own?
