That is correct. Thurston is the #1 player in the game so for me to trade him I would have to get a win elsewhere. Glenn for Taumalolo is not a win, IMO it is a loss.

No you must trade all players, but you can trade back for them. As long as there is no like "Let's trade players we want to keep back and forth between us."
