See previous argument. There's not 16 marquee spine players, let alone 18 or 20 for expansion. And is it a good idea that each team would have a "marquee" spine player, if the rest of the spine has players who currently can't get a run above QCup?
Just because Ogdenville and North Harverbrook expanded their leagues, doesnt make it a good idea.
