How long is ARey expected to be out for? Contemplating trading him down to KNik and using the spare dosh to bring in Critchton

Not injured, Munster is just back from injury. Still hard to tell how they will be used. Munster was pretty coy during the week in saying 'he didn't know'.

OK cheers, there was chatter about a broken jaw earlier in the week which got me a bit confused.

So why are people so keen to trade him out? The cash he's made is not huge, unless you want to take the chance on Frawley there is not much out there that is cheap. Is it just that people are really keen on KNiks $ making potential? I guess a few are in need of a sub for ARey? Otherwise it seems to me there is good long term value in Jacks over that bye period... What do you think?

    Jacks to k.nik.
Hodkinson is out for the Knights so I would stick with Lamb for now

Jacks for me. I own Lamb as well & the news that Hodkinson has been dropped means Lamb will be the dominant half so will be more involved & his kick metres for example will increase.

Arey is pretty injury prone, so you could be doing yourself a favour, without realizing it.

However depends who your others halfs are.

With Hodkinson out I will play Lamb so I'm going to not do my Jacks to K-Nik trade. However since the Storm play after the Bulldogs if Frawley is named to start I will be doing Jacks to Frawley.
Just 1 trade for me this week unless the above happens. My trade today will be:
Yates out - Crichton in (via McGuire).

Same here!! Didn't want to make 2 trades this week, but really want Whitehead this week.

Cokehead Norman... so it doesn't fill me with confidence he's going to carry my halves. I swear my halves are cursed. I initially had Cartwright since round 1. He obviously got injured and i placed him on the sideline until i traded in Guth in round 5 where he performed shithouse and traded Guth in for ARey just last round.

I noticed Lloyd Perrett put in a good fantasy performance last round for a FRF cheapie. Got injured though, and is not expected back till round 13.
Putting him on the watchlist for now, especially with few cheap FRF options available.

What's happening here? What alternate reality am I living in?

WL said on Sunday he was going to bring in Crichton + Frawley, he is doing at least half of that this week!

I read somewhere on another forum that Lamb will now do the goalkicking. Do we think this will happen or are there better goalkicking options in the team.

lol! The only reason I haven't flooded the forum with my usual variety of trade options is because I have none haha.

Any news on how long Idris is out for? Earlier in the week he was listed as indefinite but I haven't heard anything since.

Has anyone seen or heard any news on him? If he's out for a while I might turn him into Hayne, it gets rid of a red dot and provides another cash earning source for me.

How could his kick meters increase? He had 401 kick meters last week whereas Hodko had 40!! Hodko being dropped isn't going to make Lambs scoring go through the roof. I'm benching him this week but trading Elgey to Niko and running with Niko and Norman. I think Feeny might be more detrimental to Lamb than what we think. If he goalkicks, that's an extra 4-6 points being generous. I was contemplating trading Lamb to Niko for the money, but will definitely hold him now if he's going to be the number one half for the Knights all year, but I'm not expecting miracles. Since I'm going to bench him though, I'd still be happy to be proved wrong.

    My team for this week;

    Smith Brailey
    Fifita Wallace Kaufusi Yates
Surgess Crichton Hess Bodene Siro Winterstein
    Norman Niko Lamb Frawley
    SMat Turbo Kelly Idris
    Slater Ponga Cotric RTS Suli

25 trades and 95K to spare. I guess I could play Lamb over Cotric. He might not get much opportunity.

I saw a link suggesting it as well, fingers crossed. I do think he has a big game in him now, and I must be one of the few who hasnt been trying to offload him.
