Some depth being tested with a few injuries and some base price players not performing. Those that took Papalii, Leota, Field, Perrett, Fualalo, Hampton and were forced to run Winterstein and Elgey in the 17 are going to be punished this week. Those that spent a bit more on NPR and had the likes of Winterstein, Elgey, Kaufusi outside the 17 are sitting pretty and set to put some ground on those that started with an extra gun and no depth.

Greenwood worth a look if he grabs a starting spot. Interesting to see how the minutes player out with no injuries

Greenwood probably has a little more cash to lose, he will go well if he grabs a full time role

I thought the same but his b/e is 38. If he gets a starting spot I would expect 40s

I'd almost forgotten about Greenwood, good shout there, will have to remember to keep checking him and have some cash prepared.

I liked the suggestion someone made earlier about Hampton possibly slotting into the halves with Morgan dropping back to WFB. No idea whatsoever how likely it is but if the cows did that i could go Talakai or Hayne to Hampton.

Did we as a group come to any general consensus over playing Suli/Cotric etc to cover Hayne (and maybe RTS)? Or are most trading? I am loathe to have my first two trades of the year being in the WFB but I also don't want that to be the only reason I don't if I 'should'.

TL;DR - is it safe to play Suli/Cotric short to medium term?

Isn't Greenwood one of those injured?

He started on the weekend but I thought he went off with a shoulder issue?

I think Cotric is a pretty safe play 26 in a team getting pumped and a 36 R1 with no tries, seems like he has a decent floor and can go big if he grabs some meaties!

As always it's a bit of a dartboard exercise in the outside backs. I'm reasonably confident in Cotric v the Tigers at Canberra. Will leave Hayne at least another week.

I remember him going off then coming back on. As far as I know he is right to play this weekend. With the amount of injuries at the Titans we might see McQueen stay in the centres with Greenwood on the edge. Good sign was Proctor going to centre over Greenwood last week when Don went off

Can only see the return of Croker as a good thing for him as well (and most of the Raiders players for that matter as you see things like Whitehead shift back to the right and team up with Leipana again). He seems like a clever footballer to me so i can see him cutting back inside at the right times or taking advantage of any extra attention Croker attracts and picking up one of his offloads.

Churr broskis yeah that was my thinking too. Hayne definitely not worth the trade!

Some tough decisions to make in the backs this week assuming Hayne doesn't play. Need 2 from Jennings Suli Cotric. Leaning Jennings and Cotric on potential for attacking stats but Suli looks like he could bust some tackles if he gets moving. Need 1 from Kelly vs NQL or Idris vs CAN to fill the final centre spot. Tough choices but realistically being wrong shouldn't cost too much
