    Thank Christ for that.

    Anyway, any word on when the draw gets released I normally try to attend 1 game but being 700km from the nearest nrl ground it takes a bit of forward planning.

    With Dave Smith getting the flick I am not holding my breath on the draw coming out any time soon.

    Odds are he'll be replaced by a Nein/Fox bozo and we'll go back to a rolling schedule.

    Yep, exactly, I think I linked it somewhere here last week but there was a Fox article saying how they were really looking to get the draw out at the same time as the AFL for once.  The article was written the day before Smith got pushed so it'll probably be even later than normal.  I daresay it will be a Christmas present of sorts.

    And I'm in the same boat as Sash obviously, living over here.  Especially with the Leichhardt death knell.  I am planning a League junket around Origin and a game at LO, and whatever other games I can fit around then in a 2 week period  Very Happy .

    Agree with this. Kids and Mrs cause too many distractions at home. I get more fantasy focus at work.

    I third that, pretty lucky that my work is at it's slowest around then and can access all the sites I need at work.  Helps being the boss as well  Very Happy

    Yep, need to keep both Fantasy Fanatics and Sportal in the name this coming season.  After that we can shorten it to Fantasy Fanatics.  The "SUG" bit itself is only important for nostalgia, we need to emphasise it is going to be the same group that posted on Sportal so will have an "ex-Sportal" in there somewhere.  It lets everyone who was in Sportal know, but also lets anyone outside of Sportal know that the old SPortal legacy and talent pool will live on as Fantasy Fanatics  Very Happy
