Can move Armstrong into CNK spot, CNK to Emergency and put someone else on the bench, but then I miss out on Talau score, is that correct?

So someone on the interchange, can take the spot for someone in the playing 13? I genuinely didn't know this, thanks. Normally I just pick 17 and go with it. I don't plan on looping anyone that plays today. Will play Lemon if he starts, if not I'll play Plath.
