I don't have a problem with it. Pissed that we lost Walsh for the game and future weeks but I don't want the game to go down that route.

It was an accident, I don't buy into the whole duty of care thing in that situation. He rushed out of the line against a guy with electric foot work and they clashed heads. Are we going to say guys shouldn't rush at defenders any more because their could be accidental contact ? It's a contact game, shit happens at times.

    Well said.
Also, look at the advertising the NRL made for the Vegas games, it was wall-to-wall footage of players jamming in (like May did) to cut off a backline play. The Vega hit was front and centre. Athletes moving at speed, body collisions, there's always going to be accidents like last night.
It's sucks for Walsh, and the Broncos, but I'm sure he'll come back and the Broncs will be in with a shot in the finals.

Kid has Haas in his team as well as 4 other red dots (including weeks and some knights player I don’t know). Needless to say, a lot of players ranked highly after 2 rounds are not exactly a threat to us long term.

Why the fuck is he trading out Roger?  Especially when he has Haas!?

What are you teaching these kids?

Fantasy looping is not a terrible thing for a maths teacher to be talking to kids about

Logic work with a numerical bent, and also involves probability (should I loop a score of 31)

If you go to supercoach with their VC loop there's some teachable maths as well (2 * Captain score + 17th player vs 2 * VC Score + AE)

And an actual real life application as well (at least if they are fantasy football players)

Better than teaching them how to work out the volume of a cone

Does he realise that when Haas is fit again, a whole lot of people are going to trade him back in, and he won't be the POD he thinks he is hoping for.
Although 6 weeks of playing Levi instead of RTS will surely make it all worth it.

As far as dumb teenagers making dumb decisions goes this one is quite inconsequential and has a very slight benefit to me, so play on

Lots of changing direction? Yeah hopefully. I'm mean they're forwards, not as agile as your Reece Walsh's and all, but some change of direction, preferably in combination with a tackle bust would be nice.

Sexton survived the 24hr chop to 19 which is slightly disconcerting

Dogs training behind closed doors all week.. maybe there is a shake up. Maybe its nothing.

Hosking to a half is tempting.. we'll see what the final teamlists say in 2 hrs. Raiders didnt name a forward in their 18/19 so i guess whitehead is good to go..

Tossing up Curran and Cotter. Would you pay an extra 100k for a more nailed on role?

As a Hosking owner I hope he comes on after 20 minutes and plays 60 straight.

As a Warriors supporter I hope Ricky let's him sit there all game. Raiders going to be tough.

Don't know if it's been mentioned or not and not particularly fantasy relevant but Egan out tonight for the warriors. Assume CHT comes back into the fold.

I could see Hosking coming on after 20 minutes. Whitehead gets taken off.

Then 20 mins into the second half Smithies comes off and whitehead/hosking goes to lock.

If I was betting man (and you best believe I am) i'd say that's $1.50.

(I also own Hosking in SC so trying to cope).

Only 70k difference now, but most around here paid 86k more for Cotter. Not sure we know Curran's minutes any better since the trial when he came on after ~15 mins, which has continued.. but injuries make it hard to know if the plan is to play out the game for 60-65 mins.
