Didn't you come up with the rules?

i just figured it was a deliberate option you put in

Yeah assumed it was a feature not a bug

It does limit you to 6 Panthers. And Kenny will get 70 now

The main reason that I brought in the rule was to get the 50/50 split of clubs, forgetting that I was dealing with a bunch of scum and villians...
