@Mulvy I'm going to absolutely wipe the floor with you in the Eliminator this round, you literally stand no chance. If I were you, I'd be shivering in my boots!

I could definitely hold. May end up doing so. Depends on the rest of the squad.

I'd say Cleary. Great scorer, reliable role, solid captain option.

Sure, he's not at the price point now. But if he were he'd be the best player to buy.

Or maybe 2021 TTurbo? Yeah, buy him at the start of the season.

The answer to this question is Turbo, who currently sits at 626K.

At around 3:30 in this podcast, Webster confirms Tohu lower mins should be a trend

“You don’t need to play him for 80 with subs up your sleeve and quality forwards on the bench and it’s not to do with age/niggles”

For serious answers at under $632k

Reece Walsh, Dylan Edwards, Apisai Koroisau, Brandon Smith, Egan Butcher, Billy Burns

Also what's the deal with Chris Randall, I should be watching more titans games - playing big minutes as starting prop alongside a big minute hooker?

Yes, he's their like-for-like Tino replacement. It's very odd, but can't see it lasting beyond Tino's suspension.

FWIW under 632k at this stage of the season, I'd be gambling on a high ceiling player going on a tear, so Walsh, Edwards, To'o, Cheese, maybe Cody Walker. Take your pick.

Non Cleary owners : Anyone considering waiting another week?

Probably depends on how badly you need the potential extra $30Kish

    Cya Tohu

Pff - Pretty sure it just means Webster has him in his fantasy team hoping that we'll all jump off him.
Next minute we'll see Tohu playing 80 and kicking goals

Any other week and I'd be happy to watch him drop a bit more. But my H2H finals start this week, so can't really take the chance.

Got a few words to pull from my mind onto the page and grateful for any input anyone might have.

Looking at trading Adam Reynolds/Cook/CNK to Cleary/Murray/Dan Russell.

This would leave me a sexually appealing squad, with Tohu/Preston as my 17th/18th men.

Because I can't just let anything settle in my mind, the problem here is that in trading out Cook, the only HOK I have left on my bench (Grant in my starting squad) is Harrison Graham. No other hooker cover. 7 trades to cover it should I need to do so next week, though. And in my ever-swirling mind, I also think that if we are to believe what we've heard from the Dolphins, playing JMK again this season seems reckless and I would not be surprised to see Harrison line up again next week. Which would have solved all my issues if it were so this week.

But what are people's thoughts? I could trade out Tohu this week instead of Cook, which would leave Cook as HOK cover, but in his current form and minutes on field, he would only ever be my 18th man, barring a change in what has happened over the past few weeks. Even this week, I would play Preston and leave Cook at 18th man. Just seems a waste to hold onto him just for that HOK coverage.

But then also in the deep recess of my mind is what happens with the Bunnies now, with Latrell back? Does everyone fire again? I'm unsure.

I saw Cook discussed briefly earlier today, but seems like a player the majority of players either didn't have, or jumped off a long time a go. Should I stop overthinking it, punt him and hope it works out?

    And then this happens.

Generally speaking to the punters out there, would you hold Cook, or Tohu?

So low is my faith in Cook, though, that I'd still back a limited minutes Tohu to outscore whatever minute Cook we're getting at the moment.

If HOK coverage wasn't an issue, I wonder if punting both and bringing Cleary/Murray/Mcinnes/Russell would be the ticket?
