Had locked in Hosking and Walsh to Grant and Bateman, but now considering AFB like Random said, and Gareth suggested in my tracker. That would mean getting Ipap over Bateman this week though. And having both AFB and Tohu might be some overkill?Choices, choices.

Tohu is okay scoring wise but has been down a bit. Depending on cash and trades be would be a candidate to get in Cleary potentially.

Cleary probably comes in via some combo of Lemeulu/Tohu/Hopgood/NAS depending on what I can afford

It’s a tough one but will probably keep JFH. Just need to hope a couple of decent options pop up at CTR and WFB next week so I can get the 13 on the park

Ep 2 is about Super League, some wild stories about contract negotiations etc. I think in real $ terms, most players ended up being better paid from 1995 to whenever their ARL/SL contracts expired than what players are on now. And this was without player agents.

I had Paramount for the A-league, but the coverage was rubbish

I legit didn't know we had Paramount until 3 days ago. It's part of the complicated web of account sharing exchanges involving my wife, her brothers, and her parents. So this was the first thing I've seen on it.

There's a clip on the socials that wasn't cut from the episode where a Parra reserve grader I've never heard of talks about "negotiating" his 7k salary into 410k over 3 years.

In the actual episode, they have the Chief, Mat Rogers, Dell, Brad Clyde. Trish Johns as well, which I can only think is because Matt and Andrew weren't contractually allowed to contribute to the show. Then there's the non-contract talking heads like Quayle, Ribot, Whittaker, etc.

So does Walsh miss rd 18, 19(bye), 20, 21? And then rd 25?

One of the key reasons I bought Sorenson a while ago was to have someone to upgrade to Cleary (and there you have strange Aardvark logic)

I'm still not sure whether he misses R21 or not. There was a precedent a few years back where Origin players have Origin count. But I don't know if that still applies.

Definitely misses R18-20 and R25 though.

Was that where Radley was able to count Origin even though he was no certainty to get picked? Maybe they have put the kibosh on that now.
