Also just realised if Hopgood or Horse make Origin 3 then that opens up a spot for Blore to slide in next week. Think I’ll do Bird > Blore as one trade this week.

Tigers have had about 24 "future stars" at hooker since Farah left. None have ever achieved long term success.

Simpkin had that title himself not that long ago

Don’t disagree re Bula, but how often do you hear a coach say “yeah the new bloke you’ve not heard of, he is pretty average, more of Stuart Flanagan then a Robbie Farah, but he will do a job for a while”

I don’t expect Simpkin to bust out 80. But also, you surely wouldn’t want to have your ‘better’ player playing less than 50
