Thoughts on holding Ford vs trading to E Katoa? 553k, plays 16 and 17 (I already have 4 guys with byes in R17 so that matters) and looked good the last 2 games he's played.

On the other hand Ford's BE is only 43 so I could just hold him and see if there's anyone better to sell to next week or the week after.

You told me 2 weeks ago EKatoa was cooked because its an AC joint like Haas so his involvement will be way down lol!

I did hold him hoping he'd be back for R16.

That aside, I reckon there's no harm waiting a week on this one.

Is it an option to do Liddle and Tigers EDG, save the cash for something else?

Yeah I'll probably wait and see how things go, good chance there will be some more carnage next week to deal with so not the worst idea to hold off and not burn 3 trades this week Very Happy

How bout the Okunbor then? It seems that Ciraldo might still be building him up to play even longer rather than shorter stints. Does he keep getting 60 ish+ minutes

Haha I forgot how lopsided the second half of the equation is. I'm a Fifita owner just taking him for granted.

Nikora is looking like a similar or perhaps even better than the Tigers EDGs and plays in a team where he is more likely to score points. He has also already played 2 byes

Not opposed to it but I'm trading on the assumption that I won't be able to get him back easily and will have Manu and Lemuelu as my centres to the end.

yeah those with Lemuelu it makes sense.

I only have Alamoti Manu Bird so i think ill hold.

    Planning? What's that?

I'm down to 16 with Bird out and that's before we see who backs up from origin.

(assuming that news is true about missing next week as well) Bird misses the next three games and four of the next seven. I've got Lemu and Manu already.

Someone will probably tell me I'm wrong about this, but he seems much more up and down scoring on edge (which seems like where the temp coach wants to play him moving forward).

I've got 12 trades so haven't hit single digits.. yet.

    Happy to pull the trigger.

I am in the same situation being down to 16 with the Bird news so will be trading him.

I need a WFB so will probably be trying to decide whether it is too risky to bring Tedesco in during Origin time, or go the safer route of Dylan Edwards (I don't really wanna pay the top dollar for him though).

No Fainu is a bit rough. Has played nothing but EDG in first grade

Reckon Okunbur was stiffed too. Arguably KBrom as well, as while he's gone back to the EDG, he's been a preferred MID too not just injury cover.

Matterson is a bit weird now, should've given it to Horse. Jojo and Russell fairly random as well.

Hors is legit injury cover for Whitehead, so can understand it.

Okunbur is harsh. Been playing pretty much exclusively as a MID. Could have had those vintage SST WFB/FRF vibes.
