    For someone that watched the Manly game, what's the thought on Sipley? Does he pass the eye test, and look likely to keep his 40-45 min role?

    I didn't see the game but I think he often passes the eye test in terms of being damaging.

    However I don't see him being a great pick personally. Priced at like 36 and typically averages like 30mins, think his minutes last two weeks were higher due to injuries.

    Are you keeping? He’s handy for byes (if he’s fit). Maybe Milne has leap frogged him?

    Yep, was a rough period, especially the important early rounds, but was also having to trade out, not just missing a week.

    Fortunately I don't have much to deal with this week. Should be able to upgrade the squad nicely.

    Good to hear mate. Swings and roundabouts I guess.

    Sipley has been first sub on last 2 weeks, so I'd say he has at least some security over his role. But I wouldn't necessarily expect those big scores to be sustained long term

    I have him, and my main plan is to close my eyes and imagine I owned Hammer instead.

    Bloody hell. That’s a massive score for a fairly standard team!

    Thanks for the reply mate. Will likely go down the Ponga path instead

    JDB and Teddy locked in, as much as seeing the ‘Blue Steel with soulless eyes’ picture of the former is going to give me the icks when I log in, I think my decision has been made for me on which cheapie to swap Warbrick to, with my outs I probably need someone I’m comfortable being in my 17 because I’m not comfortable fielding Niko, so assuming Payton does the usual game day swap tomorrow, Granville it is

    Also technically I have a job I should be doing.

    Nah, I need players this week. Wanted to punt Uto and APK but don't have that luxury. Early thoughts;

    ITT - Niko
    CNK - Cheese

    Moves APK to 18th man, I'm not sure I want to sell Grant now. I was going to but really don't want to. Gives me;

    Smith
    Uto Ford Murray
    Hosking Fifita
    Cleary Katoa
    Alamoti Bird
    Ted Bula Miller

    Boyd Preston Manu Niko

    APK Grant Haas Loiero

    22 trades left and 55K. I think I'm happy with that for this week. Granville the only other one I'm interested in. Will mull over Grant. Could get Robson but might take a chance him dropping some more coin.

    Looking likely I won't have 17 this week unless Turbo plays. My lack of bank makes trading really difficult this week. As much as I don't want to, downgrading Turbo or one of the Storm edges to Ponga might have to be the move.

    Who would you keep out of Loiero and Katoa?

    Well I basically got the Warriors team right

    Very strange to see Vailea on the bench though, there's no way we run out with both him and Lussick and I doubt Vailea is going to be playing as a prop/2nd row

    Zyon & Sifakula in the extended squad, so we will see
