They’re trying to get him to the ground

    They don’t wrap his head

The guy is standing to offload hence why the arms are up there

The ref and bunker are trying to sanitise a physical game

    Ridiculous

No doubt Atkins not pausing the game for Tohu to go off was dubious, but what the fuck was SJ doing kicking the ball straight at him?

Everything compounded there. If they had stopped to let Tohu off then they wouldn't have even been in that position and Walker wouldn't be in the bin. Rip

If the ball hit them wouldn't they have to stop play regardless?

Yep. Big test of the warriors character here, normally when the refs fuck them they go all victim mentality.

Hope Webster brings out the best again as he has all year here..

Yeah of course, but I mean if I'm a half and look up to see my Captain hobbling off with 2 trainers, I definitely don't kick the ball in his direction...

Got unlucky with the Walker sinbin - that would have been a TO if Walker hadn't come in with the late forearm after the ball was already lost.

    Ridiculous

I thought the same at first but if you watch the last angle they showed and slow it down it does look like Walker slams his forearm down onto Katoa's head
