Dogs are apparently interested in Cameron King as a Lichaa replacement. Might make Garvey irrelevant very quickly

What was your reasoning for staying away from the Dragons forwards? Because the uncertainty around the minutes/too many?
I don't think anyone expected the Eels forwards to score like the Dragons forwards did last season

Source?
On CS9 vs Titans his last 3 avg against them is 72.6 What was his average kicking metres last season as only 15m last game seemed low

I've reversed that trade and gone with Walker via Jniko as a result. At least he is guarenteed a spot for a while

Some guy posted a social media messenger chat with Lichaa with him saying it's not that bad and only a few weeks. I don't know what to make of it all other than no trades till last minute

If Lichaa was out for 4 weeks is he a hold? 5 weeks? I certainly would opt for Walker over Garvey if trading with the above timelines

I'm thinking 3 weeks - Hold. 4 weeks - Depends on how rest of team is going. 5+ weeks - Trade

I think everyone has just gotten used to seeing all that extra coin in the kitty after Lichaa>Garvey and would probably do the trade if it's 4 or more weeks; maybe even 3 or more.Loomer wrote:If Lichaa was out for 4 weeks is he a hold? 5 weeks? Wouldn't surprise me if he did have the motor for 80 but I can't see it happening. If he did then he might be the first genuine must have of the season

Mannering and J Smith only 80 min locks Rd 1. Benry injury may have prevented Mannering rest. Turner 66 mins and all other locks under mostly around 60 mark. Locks generally average between 55-65

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
Nobody talking about Rochow?
Made 42 base stats in an 80 minute performance
3 tacklebreaks he made do not look to be a fluke
Looked very involved, even saw him running in to catch a highball attacking kick at one point.
Still affordable at 319k (only went up 14k after his 52 point performance, BE of 23- about to leave the station. Handy way to climb to a low 400k player and then upgrade to a proper gun if his output drops once Tariq is back.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
surgess will work up to 80 mins
Sam Burgess’ endurance under the reduction of the interchange from 10 to eight, becomes even more important for Souths and as the season continues the dual international hopes to play every minute of every game.
“That is the goal,” he said at Rabbitohs training at Redfern Oval on Wednesday.
“I will see how I go at lock this weekend which is a bit different to playing upfront. I will see if I can knock out a few more minutes then.” Burgess’ durability was key to the Rabbitohs’ premiership triumph in 2014.
“I think in 2014 I averaged 78 minutes a game,” Burgess said. I think I will start pushing out a few minutes (against Newcastle), but Madge (coach Michael Maguire) has a good plan in place and we are not going to push anything too early.”
