NRL Fantasy 2023 Part 5 - Assemble the base price players

Danny Levi will become Raider #388 and Pasami Saulo Raider #389, with both players named to start in the season opener. Saulo has been named in place of Josh Papalii who won’t be available with a calf injury.

No news on how long Big Papa will be out with a calf injury but I'll be watching for it.

Garner N Butcher
Cleary Doueihi

Turbo Miller Warbrick

Boyd Hopgood Katoa Loiero

Ford Talau Doorey Katoa

Will inevitably play around and go back and forth on a few of those cheapies, but I don't see the crux of that changing too much.

Hodgson 80 minutes with no utility on the bench?

All this time I've been assuming that Doorey is an auto-pick as a base price starting edge in a good team without really looking into his numbers. He probably still is but an average of 29 on the edge when playing 30+ mins aint exactly inspiring.

Uto still looks trappy to me.

Minutes for Tigers:
Ofa - 60 (down on last season)
Klemmer - 60 (same as last season)
Twal - 50 (less than last years interchange minutes and much less than earlier years)
Pole - 40 minutes (less than his average minutes off the bench last season)

Would leave Uto with 30 minutes. Obviously he should get 40-45 as a starter, but hard to see him getting more than that.

Hodgson set for 80mins looks mildly interesting.
