Finished with a rank of 133, taking the 10th spot in the FOG so in good company. Was ranked 3700 after round 16 so my season definitely turned around with the 2nd bye.

Final rank of 822 for me. Well and truly my best ever finish and first time in the top 1000. Pretty chuffed with that.
Snuck my way into L3 for next year, feels a bit out of my depth but will give it my best crack haha

reading the last 6 pages some very impressive finishes so congrats everyone & ofc a special mention for DK finishing 3rd. My fantasy season didn't meet my expectations finishing at a rank of 2,020 so eager for next year to try & improve.

Congrats on posting still, most only post when they do well so i can imagine it can be tough for some to share when it’s not in their favour
Still 2020 is a decent result and not far off the starting pack
Congrats also to everyone who finished their team assistant coach/team tracker to the end as well regardless of the results.
Big effort to the few who kept updating it into September even if things didn’t go your way
Easy to give up so credit for sticking with it and keeping yourself and decisions accountable
It’s a great learning experience and something that you can always look back on too.
I might not have commented a whole lot there but did have a read through so thanks for sharing.

According to team analyser, I fought back from around 28,800th twice in Round 2 and Round 7 to end up 6,055th.
It is certainly nothing special but I think I learned a lot this year about how to maintain a decent team. Not planning for the first bye had a bigger impact than I thought it would.
I will be back with some better Out-There Truths next year
PS On another note, although it has not been confirmed yet, I reckon it is likely that I am Fantasy Fantasy Champion this year.
I was imagining a kind of meta Fantasy Fantasy Fantasy competition next year, where we choose a team of Fantasy Fantasy players... but then again that is probably the kind of thinking that led me to an early rank of 28.800th

With updates finished on 315 for the year and 18th in FOG
Rolled the dice big in rd20 and like a lot had almost 3mil sitting in the reserves for the final 5 weeks but it’s the way it goes sometimes
Most hated player is Mahoney, seems like he was just cruising all year
Can’t go past Heinz as my favourite but MKing was fun and did a great job all year too

thanks mate rapt with 2nd but the murray hia was a massive bit of luck & most in the top 10 had him but i didn't own & that was the difference...so when we say fantasy has an element of luck this is a prime example of luck.
