If koula gets named at one again, I’m gunna use my last trade on upgrading Elliot.

Gives me someone outside my 17 other than man, who could be useful.

Which player has gained 2 pts?

I’ve gained 2 but I paid so little attention over the weekend I don’t know which player got the bump. Won’t be from the Sunday games because I was done before then

Forgot to mention I saw Patrick Carrigan yesterday....not at Woolies Very Happy but at my regular coffee shop. Having a coffee with his mum and his dog, good bloking it up.

    Taller than he looks..

Gut feel is just there will be more upside for using the trade in round 25 than this week, pending anything happening between now and then.

Nah, no one worth trading. If no restings next week might go Carrigan for Elliot next week. Or JFH is Yeo gets a rest.

If I was to use my last trade this week I'd flick Tohu, could get Haas or anyone cheaper.

    Will likely hold it though.

I'll play Koula over Savage.  Koula is the more robust out of the two, seems to enjoy the contact.

Not a bad gamble at all. I'm tempted to use my last trade on Lolo -> NAS.

Has there been any confirmation on when Kaufusi's due back?

Kaufusi is listed as out indefinitely on the NRL casualty ward. According to Instagram he just had his Dads funeral yesterday.

Anyone have further details if or when he's coming back?

Didn't need to trade, but Mahoney > Cotter felt so good.

Forgot to mention I saw Phil Gould at Birkenhead Point on Friday (a discount shopping outlet in Sydney) He was on his own.

Suggested to my better half that I would follow him to see if he was having a secret meeting at a coffee shop with someone. She told me to leave the man alone and let him shop.

Haha! I live next to the gabba and a bunch of them live in one of the highrises nearby. Theyre always at the coffee shop. See them all in their full training kit + numbered backpacks etc coming and going between stadium/shops/highrise.

I assume theyre required to wear their club issued kit + bags etc

I know a few faces and you can tell the ruckman because theyre all fucking huge

First year I was in Melbourne and having no idea about AFL I was walking to my friends place in South Yarra and some tall drunk dude in a suit who was pissed off his face from clearly being at the races earlier in the day almost stumbled into me.

"Woah, steady on there buddy!" - for some reason he thought this was hilarious.

Turns out it was Buddy Franklin.
