Other than playing his part in a sublime set piece in the 2nd origin I'm not sure what he did to deserve a point. In a game where Michael Jennings finger nail was the difference between the 2 teams, give 2 positions to the winners and 1 to the losers. Boyd was not one of QLD best 2 players. After Gagai, Papali, Smith, JT & McGuire may be even Inglis you could then say he was QLD next best.

I can't believe people thought Boyd was MOM in Origin 2, that's mental to me.
