    Aitkin to anyone under $654K.

    What are my options?

Bellamy hints at Papen not playing 80. Back from double leg injury and BE of 58. I've pointed out dangers of Brown without even getting into the amount of chopping and changing of Tigers hookers this season but follow your heart I guess

Even without 80 Papy could score great - but I can't see him having too much of a rest in any case. I also cannot see Brooks playing more than a little bit of HOK. Defence too suspect. Brown has won the HOK spot for mine and will make a lot of coin

I have 800k for trades next week. This week I'm getting Kennedy as cashout that plays 17. Not worst trade option to leave cash for gun upgrades

Making a lot of coin is getting less relevant with diminishing trades.

Cleary every chance of an early shower imo.

He doesn’t seem to get early showers, and it would only be if he already carved up haha so probably already scored 75+

I got burnt last origin switching to Hynes as captain - never again lol

Can't trade in keepers like Papy without additional cash - especially when they average 50 for the rest of the season

I am surprised Chris Lewis has only played two games on Edge. Feels like he has played a lot more.

Hmm neither of those I see as final 17 players and Hunt doesn’t play Rd 17.

There isn’t many obvious trade-ins. Might give Aitkin a week at Centre see how he goes.

Who averaging 50 for rest of season? Brown? That makes him a keeper.

46 is pretty close - plays R17 - and in many of those MID games he has played CTR FB or another fill in spots which disguises his true average. Would have played 80 last week without the HIA

46 absolutely no where near mate

    Top 5 Mids

    Murray 64.6
    IPap 63.3
    Yeo 60.1
    Haas 57.7
    Matterson 57.4

    Top 5 Halves

    Cleary 68.9
    DCE 60.8
    Munster 60.2
    ARey 57.2
    Drown/Moses 52

Didn't include Hynes either as no one playing him in the halves

Mann was a good shout early season, but he gets moved around an awful lot as well which further dampens him for me

    Couldn't agree more.
As a Knights fan who has watched more than enough of their games (TV and live) this year - Mann is a brilliant No.14 utility.
But, it's his utility value that stuffs up his Fantasy scores. It's not just an injury to him that will see him out of the middle.
Fullback, centre, hooker, half, 5/8 ... heck, even winger or edge and he's johnny-on-the-spot to fill that hole.

    Question. I'm running 7 players for Rd.17.
Hynes (unless SOO), Hughes, Mam, B.Lee, Frizell, I.Pap, Moses
I'm not expecting to pick up ranks, but do we think this is enough to not lose too many either?
Depending on how Pappy goes this week, he's the only other Rd.17 gun I'm looking at.

Depends where you're starting from. If you're in 5,000th you probably won't lose ranks, if you're in 500th you probably will.

My feeling, based on not much, is that 8-10 will be the majority's spread on players available in R17, although plenty will have a few less and some a few more.

My flavour of the week is Lane.

Barnett I picked up last round.

Have trades, so thinking about some others too. Maybe Hughes and Bird.

I will not get sucked in by Moylan’s BE.

R17 no consideration, just in it for H2H. I'm looking at Butcher to one of these-

    1. Lolo - finding it hard to ignore the price and BE is nice if he proves not to be a certified keeper (should make cash before dismissal, but hope would be he's a keeper, possibly 18th man)

    2. Frizell - genuine keeper likelihood but a fair whack more expensive than Lolo - is he worth the extra coin, considering R17 not a factor? Extra cash could help in upcoming trades.

    3. Barnett - nice enough price but I'm not mad about his job security at all. I feel that of the three, he's the most likely to not be a keeper.
