Players that don't play origin are criminally under rated. If someone like JWH or JFH was able to play for maroons/queensland they would end their career in the discussion for best to do it in their position. Instead they don't get the wraps they deserve because they don't get to play the biggest game on the calendar

Forget being worth 1 mil per season, Haas isn't even the best middle on his own team. Goal line defence leaves a lot to be desired and he tries to go sideways far too often

Goal kickers should be more highly valued instead of picking your best 17 then trying to find the best goal kicker from the bunch. Bring back the specialist goal kicker like Mantellato.

Underperforming clubs can't bounce back into the 8 playing a watered down version of the tactics the top teams play. Cowboys a great example of how to do it

When you knock back a penalty, you’re hoping for (on average) about 5.5 points (4 for the try plus 75% conversion rate). For that to be worth it, you need to be scoring a try about 37% of the time you tap. I doubt many teams are doing that? Definitely needs more analysis
