Flegler is Mr Inconsistency, just as much as Carrigan is Mr Consistency.
Flegler has 1 other score over 60 in his career, he followed it up with big minute scores of 25, 32 and 25.

Carrigan average > 40 mins with Haas 52 vs without Haas 62, a 10 point bump.
Flegler average > 40 mins with Haas 41 vs without Haas 42, a 1 point bump and not a score that you want in your 17.
I'd take the extra 20 points a week and a keeper that doesnt need to be traded out for the extra $150k.

For similar reasons to not going near TPJ, I'm not touching Flegler with a 10 foot pole. Not to mention he's a much worse fantasy player.
