    Then plan for Starling to McInnes and Elliot to Moses next week?

    Would be running the gauntlet at hooker though just Mahoney.

    You should do you but you should anticipate that a bunch of players will not back up either this round or round 18 and it would be a real advantage to have a few trades left to plug those gaps.

    Any gains made by having one extra player this week will disappear pretty quickly if you have to play a few rounds a man down.

    Yeah I think a lot of people are going to have huge problems next week.

    In my case I have eight Origin players: Cook, Cotter, Haas, Matto, Munster, Cleary, Hynes, Ponga.

    Of those, I think there are three categories:

    Likely:

    * Hynes - 18th man, plays Sunday
    * Matto - plays Monday
    * Ponga - plays Sunday - if he doesn't back up I have the option to just trade him, especially if Papy's back early and I have someone to downgrade (MKing or Elliott)

    Unknown:

    * Cleary - plays Sunday but club may not want to risk him
    * Munster - plays Saturday but no travel as he will already be in Sydney
    * Haas - plays Saturday, historically has backed up but not guaranteed

    Unlikely:

    * Cook - plays Saturday, has to fly to the Gold Coast and doesn't historically back up
    * Cotter - plays Friday, has to fly to Townsville but he's such a freak I wouldn't put it past him

    if neither Cook or Cotter back up (likely scenario), then I will have to trade Hastings to Mahoney, otherwise I can hold trades. I think Munster and Haas are pretty good chances of backing up, and hopefully they both do.

    Can do it then potentially do Billy Smith to McInnes next week and Starling to Moses.

    Decent plan if you end up with those two & RFM regains a bit of form.

    I'm tossing up grabbing him but TBH I think Hastings has more chance of ending up a keeper

    Would purely be for a cash out. Don’t intend to trade them back out. At least Kennedy has a secure role? The cash injection now for upgrades next week is handy though.

    Could get Kennedy next week but he still has money to drop with a be of 50

    On form Kennedy wouldn't be getting picked over Miller, who was great when filling in for him.

    Thoughts on Critta + Grant -> Tohu and Aitken?

    I only have 15 trades left so a little bit loathe to sell Grant, but on the flipside it enables getting 2 keepers in this week. Would give me 14 playing with 13+4 trades left but no cash ITB.

    Other option is selling Teddy but feels bad regarding BEs. Grant might play more games between 13 and 17 than Teddy though especially if coming off the bench?

    not sure if answered? Had 12 on his back but listed as lock on nrl.com. He was defending inside Murchie for the first half, but I noticed he was wider in the second half. Just before half-time, he seemed to pull up a bit lame and looked pretty gassed, but finished the full 80 minutes.

    Quick one (will have some charts on yafss tomorrow):

    The top 1k has 9.5 Round 13 players on average.
