NRL fantasy 2022 - Part 47 - Fuck off fickle fans.

Talakai may be the biggest fantasy trap ive ever fallen for. Bought him after the 107, knowing it was paying overs but that he might have a chance of averaging close to his 48 point pricetag and be a solid lock in the centres. He has averaged 29.5 over 4 games for me now and now looks to be injured and I'm selling for a $35k loss. Mal Meninga would have had more respect for my fantasy team!

Still a good round though- 947 Hynes C, moved to rank 40
Playing Tago over Talakai + Ming over Nanai cost me plenty of points, and also not having faith in Cleary who will wear my C armband forever henceforth, even if as a red dot. This I swear.

930, up nearly 400 ranks to 1415, never been so deflated by a gaining round before, take Elliot and Tuilagi’s 50 out, put Nanai & Garner’s 126 in and I have a 1000+ score and possibly pushing for a top 1000 ranking, and all because I neglected to click one button.

My own charge is more of a meander, but it’s happening. Watch yourselves…

1019 pre updates played Aitken over Starling but cant complain.

961 points this week, up about 700 ranks to 1649.

BroJo + Coates > Kiraz + Robson worked out well, and still have 505k ITB for next week.

890 thought it was good than came here.

Still gone from 14s to 12s. And didn’t do anything dumb to lose 50 pts like last week.

2 of Turbo/Randall/Schneider gone next week.

Looking pretty set to run out of trades early and be annoyed I can get any of my last 4 early haha

910 and I actually moved up ranks this week. Almost cracked the top 10k now ha.

Unfortunately I didn’t, reversed Tuilagi -> Peoples to get Garner 15 before the Tigers game, checked in on the app after his try and to my horror saw Tuilagi where he was supposed to be, best guess is that when I made the trade I never actually clicked confirm, from there I decided to instead use that trade to toss Nanai for Elliot when he was named to start and compounded my idiocy.

921 and lost 7 ranks to 86th. Pretty happy with that considering Lolo and Turbo. Cook, Nanai, Burton and new recruits Butcher and Robson saving the score. Double trading again next week.
