I’ve just started coaching league myself mate so it’s a little different.

In Union and same as league really, is fitness and line speed. Can’t go wrong.

Shuttle Up downs. Don’t come past the 5m as a defensive line, don’t have the kids pushing up too quick and creating holes

Terrible fullback play from Savage on the AJ try to go with great play for his own.

mine lot are 14/15, but we have 12/13 and 16/17/18s as well. They're all not great though, but 14/15s are the worst for it
