Are we thinking Asi keeps CTH out, or does he move into the ctrs when CTH is back? Isn't he due back before rd 13?
I thought Asi was a depth signing so they could let Kodi go to free up some cap space to resign CTH

On Discord someone mentioned rank gain overnight. I seem to have dropped over 100 WTH?

Next week is pretty close to Origin to be trading Ted in I would think.  I'd go TPJ and the 250K though.  TPJ plays 13.

Hmm my mindset has been pretty much get the players I want in my final team whenever the chance arises irrespective of origin or byes so a maxed out crichton to teddy trade when looking at end of season is justifiable in my mind. Only doubting factor is with hynes papi and teddy I’ll likely miss out on turbo

I must admit I pencilled it in , thought about it gave myself an uppercut and that ended that.

I can't believe people are still responding to Dan. One of the few people on MS block list because I think the forum would be better off without him

For the last however many years he comes on once a week, contributes nothing to discussion, repeatedly posts his flavour of the week trades then disappears without helping anyone once he has gotten a response. I'm certain he won't even read this post because he has already disappeared for the week

I'd rather have 5 first year players that don't know what they are doing taking up his post count

Damn ok wtf,I will try to contribute more. I work long hours, have 3 kids including a 4 month old so my hands are often full and I only get a chance to jump on early morning or just before night time games. I realise that I ask for more than I give at the moment,if you or anyone don’t feel like replying to me that’s your/their own decision whether to do so.

Just checked and I've dropped 9 places. No idea what's happened, can't see that my score's changed, but someone presumably has had something added.

My biggest problem now is who to play each week with my team getting very ‘middy’ much to my disgust.

I think it's going this way for most players this year due to lack of cash gen. We normally have a flood of cheap cows to start the year and then a few cash out options by now that keep the price changes kicking on but that hasn't materialised yet. I think it's a symptom of no reserve grade football for the best part of 2 years which means those younger options that force their way in are a little under done and taking longer. Because of this a lot of teams are holding players they would rather not be waiting for the next option to come along

    CHT out for 3/4 weeks,
Kodi nikorima immediate release to south’s (has played his last game)

Playing half but listed as ctr/wfb
    Plays rd 13

    Price 316$

    Break even 12 (approx)

I have used so many trades but boy am I tempted by him,

    Potential cash cow,

    Passed my eye test,

    Anyone else tempted to gamble?

    Mattnz where are ye?

I owned him in both 2020 and 2021 because I like the talent. Hasn't been able to nail down a first grade spot yet so it is indeed a risk

Ilias as a half is traditionally "safest" but maybe Koula with Turbo in the team and up against Gildart?

It makes sense if Tass keeps his role but I guess there’s lot of uncertainty around that isn’t there? If it were me I would definitely have him in the team over Milne,Taane seems like too much of a hothead when things aren’t going his way

Based on the serious lack of options for bye 2 anyone in with a chance at overall should be going heavy at bye 1. Probably want 15+ to make up for the ~10-12 players you will have for bye 2

The second bye is going to be tough. Even if you go into that heavy you will either be stuck with those players for the rest of the year or spend even more trades.

At least we get those 4 for emergencies to finish the year out

I have nothing to base this on but I’m pretty sure CHT is highly regarded at the Warriors so will come straight back in once he’s fit again. Kodi leaving could mix things up a bit though, not sure if they would put either at 14 or not
