I think it's too late to grab Talakai now.

Also, what's everyone gonna do when he scores less than 40 tonight? Very Happy

Enjoy the $55k price rise, be glad I bought him before his tonne and be stoked when Burton or other centre options score even less?

Bit of a cross roads round coming up. We will have to do a comparison of Talakai vs Tevaga vs Hastings in 4 weeks time for price gains and points, seeing as most are deciding on one of these this week.

Would you prefer a player that's going to get suspended for a swinging arm or a crusher tackle?

Someone said a bit back that Mann has been moved around a bit due to injuries. Can anyone who has watched the knights games closely tell me a bit more about this. Trying to decide between him or Burton to get rid of. Or to get rid of both and keep Nanai as 18th man. If has been moved around like said he does have the potential to hit 50+ average say lock but if he hasn’t been moved around much then he’s had enough time

I enjoyed that. All my memories were as a young lad watching origin and Winfield cup for the Raiders.

Meninga made his debut for QLD as a teenager in 1979, which was pre-Origin. He was awesome then, even against a star-studded NSW (residents) team, which included a number of ex-Queenslanders.

Tackle is at 32:25 on the clip.

I remember going to the game after this (as a 10 year old so clearly stuck in my memory) and seeing Deacon walking around outside the stand and I have to this day never seen a nose so out of joint, had 2 massive black eyes aswell

Was just driving home and the DJ on the radio station (in NZ) started talking about Talakai playing tonight and how many tries, try assists and TBs he had last week. This was a rock station that barely ever has any sports chat. Can't escape the Talakai hype anywhere! Time to find a comfortable spot behind the couch

Been moved to EDG, CTR, FB amongst others due to in-game injuries/HIAs

But that's not going to change unless Knights stop getting injured as he's a Mr Fix It player (went to FB with Ponga HIA last week even though Sisagi was on bench last week)

@Rabbits21 what are your thoughts on Moale? Will he get extra minutes with Knight out?

The most comfortable spot is probably defending right in front of him. Cant attack for shit can’t fathom how he makes the NRL on for a Brent Naden esque -8.
