I missed the match, it seems he played additional minutes. Was this due to an injury or head bin? How did he look? Back to his busy, bustling self or just playing a very safe hit it up one out role?

Can go Brojo to Cheese in one trade, the safe play is to wait another week however if Jones is a late out and Cheese has a big match, I won’t have the kitty to make the trade in one

NAS came off at the 10 min mark with a hamstring complaint, was cleared and returned later. That brought BSmith into the game early and playing it out is a good sign. No HIAs listed, but KBrom came off after 62 for JBrom.. can't remember if he copped a knock. BSmith was a bee's dick away from scoring too.

I'm looking at Jazz + Hastings for the community team this week, with an eye on Randall to BSmith next week. 39 BE for BSmith, so could wait and see or take the plunge now.

Yeah, something is telling me just to keep him.

Catch and pass , repeat - with the odd punt to break the pattern up, give me his money I can do that, rather take a punt on Talakai even if he went back to the bench would be more fun watching him play.

They did use a couple of their late interchanges to rest KBrom and Pap, and they were one short on the bench with Lewis on for the injured Reimis, so who knows if plans would have been different in other circumstances.

    Maybe.

I’m one and one with Jazz for ‘fucked over’ vs. ‘genius play’…feel like I need a bit tie breaker 🙃

My team/rank is bad enough that its probably worth the risk.

That is how teams with bad ranks remain teams with bad ranks.

Keep taking risks until they fall so far behind they have to take risks

Yeah true, didn't think much about a back subbed, but with only 8 interchanges, it's more likely it would've been used on BSmith if Pap wasn't carrying the injury.

I was favouring the wait and see approach anyway, but have been expecting BSmith to work back into a big minute role once over the injury. Dunno if he's in the doghouse over the cocaine thing and leaving for Roosters, but not really Bellamy's style. Feel JKing's minutes will be sacrificed for Smith sooner or later.

If anything they would go to fifita less as Brimson will be demanding the ball more.
Campbell was continually running the ball after receiving it inside of Fifita, then dying with the ball instead of passing. A number of times Fifita was in space outside of him and he didn't pass it.

I would back Brimson to get these plays right. He has a great outside step to get them moving forward at speed with Fifita running onto the ball outside him.

I've owned Jazz once before. Brought him in for the second bye in 2019 as bye round points and short term cash grab. Ended up keeping him because he gunned it and he helped me storm home to 128th.

So my memories are fond, and I'm rather tempted again.

I don't see why Tevaga is such an urgent trade in.

I had him last year for the run home and got wildly inconsistent results, so its partly personal experience.

I don't think he has a mortgage on the 13 jumper, and he almost certainly isn't a season keeper. Is the short term cash worth the risk?

He is urgent in that you either get him this week, or not at all.

Might have a spin with Te Maire Martin, if Arey can get the team into buying what he is selling I can see them improving across the park, at his price Martin is worth a toss of the coin at this stage I reckon.

I think Hastings is this weeks trade in.

Even if when the Tigers stop winning games, he touches the ball so much that points are bound to be on offer.

Concern might be what happens when Doueihi gets back, but he's surely given himself a decent run at number 7, and won't get cheaper than he is now.
