He had to play those minutes and have that workrate because everyone he was playing with was shit. He's now in a pack that is not shit and has a lot of depth, it's a big change and the Sharks have no need to flog him. He'll still probably be an underpriced gun in a few weeks but wouldn't expect even close to 2020 scoring.

I reckon he will still get the most minutes in the pack but will be closer to 60 than 80

Finucane is a rep quality middle, Rudolf might be the best 1%er guy in the league, Hamlin-Uele, Hunt, Fifita, Williams, Talakai all provide great impact off the bench. Tolman hanging around if they need someone to soak up some minutes in the middle (they don't)

That's more of a Des special, where he goes "hey, I'm just going to play one Second rower and 4 mids and my Centre can just work a bit harder to tell that 4th mid where to be... you over there"
    LCrok "Me?"
Des "Yeah, what position do you play?"
LCrok "I play in the halves"
Des "Close enough, you're playing Hooker from now on - that means you have to tackle more and pass the ball of the ground, good"
Des "everythings sorted, Daly you're in charge, I'm going for a walk in the bush to commune with the Footy gods... I may be some time"

The gasping hands on knees I was referring to was about 20mins in. Commentators made mention of it too

So huge upside as can make a big play and will only increase his base as he works up to full fitness.

Unusual. Thought he was considered one of the more fit guys going around. Wonder if he's struggling coming back from covid or something like that.

    TLT surprises to come, maybe?

McInnes named on bench again leaving us all til game day to ponder what his role will be.

After an absolutely horrendous game last time around, Peachey is now named starting lock.

Paulo and Milne swap positions only for them to be swapped back 1hr before kick off

Fifita named on the bench with Proctor to start.

Koula named to start at centre. Everyone trades him in. Drops to 14 and plays 6min for 1 point.
A bunch of people have to take the score as Burton is a late out on Sunday.
Koula never plays first grade again.

100% as a winger. This was rumoured to happen during pre-season but I guess they couldn't get it over the line til now.

Lol no way are they bringing in Isaako to replace Gutherson.

Will be for the Parra winger/Spinal Tap drummer job.

Gutho could drop every high ball for the next month and still be a better fullback than Isaako in his sleep.

And to be clear, I don't particularly rate Gutho, just don't rate Isaako at all.

Yeah was only a throwaway comment, in all honesty though Gutho had one good year 3-4 years ago and has been riding off that year ever since. He is a liability under the high ball, has a couple drop balls in him a game and not that great of a defender. He has a couple good games a year and people forgive him because of those games. I don't rate him at all, but he still is ahead of Isaako I guess.

    .

After a terrible outing against the Knights, Maguire will be forced to bring in the changes for this week.

I expect no less than one of our bench props being dropped for another bench prop.
