Load of crap. The ref needs to do what the Storm v. Rabbits ref did, send a Rooster player to the bin for 10. Absolute foul play in their defensive line - inside the 10, holding down too long, high shots.

100% they have been killing the ball, taking players off the ball and holding down
They stop the try and get to reset their defence every time, its a load of shit they have got away with it for so long

How many times is the defensive line allowed to intentionally be off-side before the ref shuts that crap down?
This is why the Storm & Roosters have been so successful, they are experts at slowing the play and are willing to commit penalties on their line. As long as the refs allow it to go on they'll keep it up.

Speaking of "making a game of it", the fox/kayo commentators are on the hard sell of "ohh X team is on the comeback!!!" Even though there is stuff all time left in the game, purely to try to entice the viewer to stay tuned in and glued to that oh so sweet advertising revenue they love!
