Finals Footy week 3

Welcome to week 3!

To spice things up I've made some slight adjustments to the rules this week:
- budget $4,500,000 (nrl fantasy player cost)
- 7 player squad
- you can't have more than 2 players from the same team
- 1 wildcard player
- Pick a Captain (c), as in regular fantasy the score is doubled. (Wildcard player can't be captain)
- nrl fantasy positions apply (not TLT)

Added bonus Chewie, by going with DCE (I actually think the Storm will be all over Chin like a bad rash on a buck's do)

The pedant in me would just like to point out that saying the wildcard player can't be captain provides absolutely zero restriction in who you captain out of your 7 players.
