He was already partway back when Lewis was dropped for Flanno. Happy I kept the faith (nothing to do with lack of trades of course)

Is there anyone on that Dragons bench likely to take minutes from Macca?

In Round 17 I eyed off two plodders as POD options. Tolman and Jackson. Chose the former because I thought the slight extra cash might come in handy.

Jackson has put up nothing but gun scores, Tolman oy vey. With him and CHN benched, Hynes unknown status and Brailey out for the week I have no idea what to do.

Keeping Brailey, he'll only be out for the week. Going to have play one deadset dud for the week no matter what I do.

I like it, I’ve been watching him, job security is risky but there aren’t that many rounds to go. I don’t need an edge though so no good fit me.

Also might trade CHN instead of Hynes and hold Hynes... or could trade both and leave myself with 1 trade

Pap on the bench again, plus Fog and Cleary both in 21 makes it difficult.

If neither play I won't have a HLF, but I don't particularly want to keep Hynes for another 30.

Lolo used to put up some dodgy scores when Green tried that experiment

Playing around with options:

a) Hynes + Fog to Turbo and DCE. Tempting.

b) Hynes + Fog to Cleary + Munster

c) Hynes + Macca to Cleary + Pap

d) Hynes + Watson to Cleary + Grant, Macca can stay at 18th man.

All things being equal I think I like D. Hopefully we get some decent indications on whether Fog/Cleary will play.

Unless we get some concrete info it will be hard to put the C on Cleary this week... unless I go the C on Cleary and VC on someone like Ponga. Cleary plays and we are cheering, if not, I would probably go Ponga anyways.

Lolo as a 50+ minute edge averages 42, but that's from back in 2014 so not sure how much you can take from it.

Wonder if it's just a Tohu/Murray type situation where he starts there and moves to the middle, to get more minutes out of him.

Very surprised Hughes got named. Will be a wait and see I imagine all week, but I suppose coming up against Manly it is a big game so they will need him then can rest him next week against the Raiders with a short turnaround

If only Tohu Harris was considerate enough to get a season ending injury in time for your fantasy team to take advantage

Was thinking of Savage to Ponga/Grant but interested to see what others think. Might just hold this week

Thinking of going 

a) CHN + Hynes > Cleary + Grant (who is a huge POD amongst the top 5000)
b) Hynes > Cleary
c) CHN > Cleary this week, Hynes > Pappy (if/when he gets the start)

2 trades leaves me with 1, and obviously 1 with 2
