1,097 for the round, still saw us lose around 500 places to 3,733rd. 5 trades left, $663k in the bank.

AFB, SJ, Hynes all question marks. Hopefully Moses will be back (rather than Fogarty...).

So short a CTR with Bird out and 15 pre-trades with AFB & SJ out

    Definitely a 2 trade week

I think I would I would forego CTR as Bird only 1 week suspension & play 16

Could afford this with 0k left affraid
AFB + SJ to Radley + Hughes
    Moses to Cleary next week

    After team lists:

    Mahoney
    Haas Lolo Crichton
    Fifita Papali'i
    Hynes Johnson
    Peachey Bird
    Turbo Teddy Walsh

    Watson Brailey CHN Verrills
    AFB Moses Savage Suaalii

15 before trades, to make 17 we need a half and a centre.

Am thinking SJ to DCE, which still leaves $355k.  Question is whether its worth trading in a centre for one week or just cop it and play 16.  We could trade season red dots Suaalii and Savage out.  Or AFB for a chepish centre and keep enough bank to bring in Cleary for Hynes (current gap is $470k).

    EDIT: thanks Camo.

Holding Moses & trading Hynes & DCE instead of Hughes leaves options quite difficult

Leaves 496k, and honestly best option at that price is probably cashout (Hetherington/Trindall)

Not sure its worth bringing in a CTR

Maybe if Peachey was out I'd ditch him, but Bird is a clear keeper.

Is there a CTR trade in that makes money - given we'd want Savage or Suaalii out, probably not, so we'd be eating into our Cleary funds, and using a valuable trade just to get 20 points.

Tricky situation. Don't think it's worth getting a centre. Don't think it's worth trading AFB to one when he could be back soon. Just have to decide like a lot of us to jump on DCE now or wait for Cleary. Still need at least 1 trade though to field 16, that's why DCE does make sense.

If we do want a centre. Bradman Best only $411k and has a pretty favourable draw.

With Ponga back, the opportunity for more attacking points is there

I'd also consider a Doueihi trade in

WFB/HLF dual increases loop opportunities, especially around Walsh who is a bit up and down in scoring.

Just throwing out some names so we have some options when the poll goes up

thanks @Milchcow. Have you or someone else (@WT Winfield? @camo123? @wolfking?) got time to put up the trade poll this morning? Looking at a day from hell at work…
