This is why I traded him in last week:
His minutes have not been as bad as the "bloody coach" dialogue would have you believe.
He has a few years history of scoring at 1 ppm.
The minutes are there for him to average 55-60 if he can go at his 1 ppm average of last 3 years.
I hoped the week off might help him get over any little niggle and get back to 1 ppm mode.
BUT I have not watched any Cowboys games this year. And I wanted to pick a few PODS to make the last part of the year more fun

I've been interested in the 'minutes' discussion as a quick bit of research indicates that he has been getting about 6 mins less than previous years and about a minute of this came in the first couple of games so lets say 5 mins per game down. The last few games he has averaged about 58 mins.

His PPM however is down from 1 to .83 which means he just isn't scoring as well as he did in the past.

He is on an up turn however so a trade in just could work, I'm going to pass this week as i have other fish to fry and need the $50k extra he would cost to land them......I might reassess next week.

He's gone from around 65-70 and being best forward in the game to getting panned by coach for extra defensive responsibility and reduced to around 55 and lacking any of his usual explosive runs and being as decoy vast majority of time 150RM a game when he is usually well over 200

He should play 65-70mins most weeks especially if the game is a close one. He will also have some games where he just gets the 55-60mins.

He should avg around 55-56 in the run home so I like it. He will have some games where he scores 65-70 but others where he may only score low to mid 40’s.

Last round to make a real move in the rankings imo. Come round 20 every team will look the same with 1-3 PODs largely holding the same rankings

Not necessarily if injuries and suspensions hit if some only have 1 or zero trades left they’ll likely be screwed.

I wish I could do it next week but I have to make the trade this week to free up some cash. It is Tohu -> Murray.

So next wednesday is gonna be a nervous watch for both of us hoping he doesn't pick up an injury/suspension or anything

Turbo is having one of the greatest fullback seasons seen since Hayne 09 and Barba 12. Speaking of, let's hope Turbo isn't secretly a shit person like those other two.  

Anyway his form isn't going to go, only his hamstrings might.

Might not be a shit person, but he's very ugly.

Anyone see that Tohu interview? what do we take from it

When you're one of the best athletes in the country, I doubt his looks are going to hold him back from scoring hat-tricks off field.

The thing with Turbo is that what he does isn't really like individual brilliance all the time if you know what I mean, like he gets plenty of points off try assists from simple catch and passes and easy tries from supporting the likes of Saab and Garrick on the wings. Therefore I don't reckon it is unsustainable, sure he won't be getting a hattrick every week but he will continue to get tries as base stats. Manly's shape in attack is literally perfectly set up for Turbo and that's why I reckon he can keep up these stats.
