Feel like pap to Hughes will be a solid play. Melbourne have fairly weak opposition next month or so, pap will drop in price over next month, and I won’t have to worry about origin selection

I've woken up with Starling in my team.

I know I was keen to trade out Papy but just realized I can keep him and still get in the same players this week.

Trade out Momo and Stefano to Moses and Manu gives me:

Harris Crichton Watson
Matterson Schuster
Cleary Moses
Bird Manu
Tedesco Laurie Walsh

Fogarty Starling Walker Gamble
Fifita Papenhuyzen Peachey Simpkin

Thoughts? Only 35k itb

I can also do Pap/Stefano out instead for the same targets and leaves me with 280k odd in the bank, which allows me to upgrade Simpkin to someone around 700k next week eg Gutho, To’o, Mahoney etc

I like those trades. A lot. Pappy likely to be more useful than momo going forward gut call for you on that one. But I like the trade-ins.

Just noodling around mtvb's site and unsurprisingly Cleary has 99.98% ownership in the top 5000. That means exactly ONE team doesn't have him, would love to see their side...

I’ve been burnt 100% of the time I pick a player purely because of opposition.

In saying that, Walsh against the tigers, even starting from bench influenced my option to prefer him
