Yeah, especially since he might not play 80 all year. Might be an opportunity to downgrade and use the cash to upgrade Egan. Can't afford any more curveballs with TLT today.

I had the choice to bring in any player last week, and I thought I was being smart choosing Grant. 

Grant, Fifita, Momo, Ramien, Walker, Gamble, hopefully Pappy is named, and Simpkins being fiddled with.

Just realised that if Simpkin disappears I'll be down to Watson as my only hooker cover.

How has that happened.

Also if Fanhub/Doordash/Harvey Norman give us more trades mid-season again I'm done.

The knowingly went into the season with low trades and small squads. They knew it was very likely that some fantasy teams would struggle to field 17 players at times. There is no excuse for changing their minds again halfway through the year.


Lots of teams lower down the ladder have been saving trades to make a charge in the run home as all the rage traders above them run out of options. Bit of a kick in the face to them if all the top teams get given a free get out of jail card.
As a Finchy-level trader I'd rather fall flat on my face at the end as a consequence of my profligate trading than just get given bail outs (actually I'd rather we were given more trades/larger squads from the outset - but as that isn't possible I'll settle for not changing the rules mid comp)

Dunno how Brooks hasn't been dropped yet.

Simpkins has resigned til 2024 or something. Maybe it's more of a development thing if he's dropped. Scored a nice try though.

With the backlash last year surely they arent dumb enough to do it again

TBH doubt they really care. They cater to the casuals which makes up majority of the platform.
