Update.
Ryan Papenhuyzen has been ruled out of our round 3 clash tomorrow night due to a neck injury sustained in last weeks game.
He is currently expected to miss just the one game.

Got my loops set up, and can actually cover Papy and Cleary just fine (they're my only outs this week), so I'm licking my lips this week.
Only hard part is choosing a captain between Angus, Fifita, Brailey and Teddy

Contemplating trading out both Lam and Milford. Even if they both score 50s this weekend, they've both made it very clear they can produce shit scores.

One thing I learned from the 2020 season was to have cover for all positions if possible and have a good 18th man... and ideally a good scoring EMG bench (which is tricky early in the season when we all take risks on coin goats)

have many fantasy guns need to be injured before Doordash provides us with some extra trades?

No Pappy no problem. However no Cleary no Captain.
Who to captain?
A) D.Fifita
B) A.Crichton
C) J.Brailey
D) J.Tedesco

Are people more inclined to make trades now with carnage or less inclined and just run their subs?

Trade plan has not changed for me, I'm still doing just the one trade (Lam to Alvaro), though I'm considering going Avo to SOS as a second trade, since SOS is priced at 25 but averages just under 40 over his career when he's had a starting halves spot.

Brailey would be the safest option out of those, he may be able to pick up some attacking stats against the Tigers too

How many casuals who don't update their team will have Papy (VC) Cleary (C) this week
(I guess if they are a casual who doesn't update their team they probably don't care that much)

Doesn't really alter my intended trades. Milford or Schuster not starting would change things however.

Not at the moment. Still need to remove Davey. Will most likely hold the 2nd trade.

I guess Davey owners it doesn't change anything so that's fair.

With all the carnage (albeit cover in those positions) and not having Davey to trade out I can either treat this week as chance to get a leg up and save trades or get a leg up and remove someone like Moylan/Averillo for your Schuster’s etc. where others are having to hold these players this week to cover possies.

It's probably stopped me trading. My luxury indulgence of Lam/BS9 -> Alvaro/Schuster just looks indulgent right now.
Will hold for another week.
