Would Pearce to a decent CTR be dumb? I don't think Pearce is going up any time soon and I could put Fog in his position.

    Any other suggestions?

There is no decent centre, what would u think ur locking in by bringing in this magical centre ?

    Yeah Siro a slight worry

If MS is right and Asi comes in to the halves at the Cowboys I’ll probably jump on

As I mentioned, I'll look at Siro to someone like Fermor if I have to. Or the Koala if he jumps on that edge.

    3 trades, 6k left

    McInnes
    MoFo, Carrigan
    Yeo, Lolo, Leilua
    DCE, Cleary
    McIntyre, Aitken
    Paps, Ponga, Teddy

    Murray, Hunt, Clune, Fermor

    Haas, Aubo, Sironen, Niu

If Fermor doesn't play, I either have to double trade to get a decent 17th man or 1 trade for someone like Dearden as my 17th man.

I'd say Lomax would classify as decent, but wouldn't pay that amount for him. Maybe Staggs but again, wouldn't fork out that amount.

Most years players get discounted if they play less than 10 games. What amount of games do you think it will be next year? 8 games is about the same percentage

I'd do something with Aubbs mate. He probably won't be back and if he is, Cordner and Crichton will be back. I don't think it's a bad thing trading him to a player that has a secure spot.

Oh yeah for sure, has killed it. Was typing him into my reply, but thought he is super obvious, plus if I tip Lomax he will bomb this week. Either of Lomax or Staggs can put a 20 up any week, and it'd be back to centre search roulette again.

Fitzgibbon is another decent option for his price. Back to back 50's and as long as he doesn't get injured or concussed, can get a solid enough score playing 80 on the edge.

Aside from the obvious, what's wrong with Pearce?

36 and 38 last 2 games and now he's a trade? Halves are always gonna have the odd lowish score.

He had 455 KM in the 1st game with Green and 243 last game. Green put up 186 and 121, so can't say he's taking Pearce's KM.

    Kneejerk trade imo.

My plan this week was Butcher to Teddy and the prices have worked out nicely for that but Haas is a spanner in the works. Now thinking Haas to Teddy and then Butcher to Haas when he is back as I really can't afford to trade out Butcher right now, need him in my 17. Would leave me with 2 trades after those so any other major injuries could mean big trouble though

He could line up 2rf for the next 2 weeks too

I can bring in Mofo for Rudolf this week but Lawrie is tempting simply to save some cash. I'll most likely be holding Haas.

His demerits are a concern but always has been. I feel Green has hurt him a little but not as much as I thought he would. I think the thing is with Pearce, is that a lot of the plays he's relying on Ponga. I don't know the lingo but I think he's always first or second receiver with Ponga being the play to put a player into the hole for a try. Works great for the team but a big try scoring play set up like that doesn't do anything for Pearce fantasy wise. He's trying to run but not very dangerous and doesn't break many tackles. I don't see him averaging over 40 for the next 6 weeks. I think 35-40 is where he'll stay, without tries anyway. He doesn't look like scoring many more tries either.

Keep it at 10 games to account for the fact that set restarts will be added as a negative stat after not existing this year. Will mean inflated prices unless they are also adjusted

You would need a lot of things to go your way to be able to do this, but in theory it sounds solid. No need to rush Butcher at all.

Brandon Smith is around that 500k price everyone is talking about. Handy 17/18th man.

At a price now where you may as well take someone proven for a little bit more, in my opinion

After advice too if it’s going. 4 trades, 232k ITB

    Cook
    JFH, Taupau
    Jurbo, Lucy, Young
    Cleary, Pearce
    Ramien, Pompey
    Teddy, Ponga, Pap

    Jazz, Starling, HTF, Sironen
    Haas, Fuimaono, Munster, Randall

Pretty dependent on if Fui gets off, and if Taupau/Sironen/Munster play. Plan was to upgrade Young, but will probably be stuck with him if I need to trade to have 17 green dots
