    McInnes, Cook, Cleary, Smith

Who would you pick as the last gun for your team? Looking to complete my team soon with one of them. Matterson and Crichton also options but those 4 are tried and true.

Of course Tevaga becomes an option the week after I get done over by Crichton

Yeah same.. Or Twal (would prob wait a week on him though).

Tevaga is tempting for that price. Bigger upside than Hunt and maybe safer long term?

I wish I could afford one of them whilst feeling comfortable. Jazz’s injuries just scare me though! With a BE around 45-50 his price shouldn’t go up too much if I want to wait on him this week against the Roosters

Whoa big news here, the changes definitely change one of my trade decisions.

Hetherington suddenly looking like a solid slow burn cow for my team with that sweet DPP.

I think they probably just go off what they hear from physio’s etc. Like NRL Physio saying grade 2 generally 3-5 weeks.

A concern I have is that if he misses three weeks and then is "close" to a return in rd 14, Roosters play Thursday that week which could easily see him sidelined a fourth week. And trading him out to Tevaga frees up enough cash to go Oates to Thompson without having to milk a cow. Clears two red dots to finish my 17. And I get to keep Scrichton who I think I'll probably need to keep and play but hopefully holds most of his value over the next few weeks if I need to use that money to bring in halves cover (say Milf, or Moses if he drops enough) which I could do if Herbie gets dpp and/or Niu comes back.

with 8 trades left after selling Field this week, is it worth selling Angus to Tevaga and running with 7 trades? Or should I just hold Angus. I can cover him just fine, just not sure what to do.

Tevaga definitely has that injury risk. I am a little on the fence re Hunt and his longevity at 9 (I'm talking for the rest of the season, been discussed yesterday).

I missed Tevaga last year and it really hurt me, and I think that's swaying my decision.

May need to consider team balance as well, no backup half if I get Tevaga.. hmm.

Tbh I reckon if he's close in R14, he'll be back. They're up against the Storm, which is probably the biggest game they've got left in the regular season.

Friend is the only one who I think I would trade to Tevaga but it would leave me short of the funds to upgrade Luai to Moses next week which is my current plan :/

Either I bring in Tevaga for Friend now or Moses for Luai. THe first option means I Need to keep Luai as my back up half.

I am most likely not going to make either trade as I think trading green dots who are scoring well enough is the bigger risk right now.

With the Roosters in 5th (12) and the Knights (13), Storm (16), Eels (16) and Panthers(17) above them I think the same. Every win is crucial for the Roosters from here as they will want to ensure a top 4 finish. Storm, Eels and Panthers sitting pretty comfortable inside the top 4 and Knights having that 1 extra point on them means they probably do need to have all players on deck.

The Roosters should walk in the next 3 games though, that will have them in the 4 come the Storm game. I don't think Robinson is going to risk someone, if another week is going to ensure they're at 100%

Tevaga will be a major POD to a lot of the top teams I reckon. Although I think keeping Angus could also be worth it with the Roosters run home.

It doesn't really matter who they are playing, given it's a Thursday game (same the week before too so only missing two games with the current info seems fanciful) if he's not ready, he's not ready. And Robbo seems to always back his fringe guys to step up. Also how many times have we heard "if it was a final he would have played"?

I think your argument is designed to allow yourself to hold him because you want it to be true and to hold him. I think my argument is trying to convince myself he's a trade. More likely, neither of us has a clue tbh.

Ideally, Hunt, Tevaga, and Ponga are the last 3 guns I need (before Friend, Pap luxury upgrades maybe).

    Team is:

    Koro
    Haas Kapow
    Tolo Jurbo Young
    Moses DCE
    Niu Talau
    Teddy Lomax Pap

    Grant Friend Carrigan Luai

    HTF Fogarty Mitchell Wiliame

Luai, Fogarty, Young all on the chopping block this week. 12 trades left. Who would you bring in first?

well I don't actually mind selling him, since Jazz is looking appealing, just not sure I want to burn the trade to sell him if he's back for R14. I worry that if I do sell, then I'll get caught without trades when other guys get hurt

Hetherington starting is nice. Probably not worth playing but quite happy I took the punt on him a few weeks ago.
