I'm pretty sure I want to go Hess > Robson for my 1st trade this week, I just need a little bit of help deciding which option for the 2nd trade

    A. B Smith > Hunt

Pros: I get a potential 60+ scorer and a gun half who is extremely undervalued
Cons: Smith can still make cash and I would have to play HTF in my 17

    B. B Smith > RTS

Pros: I get a gun WFB who is undervalued, I can play Field/Fogarty in my 17 over HTF
Cons: RTS will probably score roughly 10 (possibly more) points less than Hunt and like before Smith can still make cash

    C. Latrell > RTS

Pros: I get an extra player in my squad for the next 2 weeks, I get a gun WFB who is undervalued, don't have to play HTF in my 17
Cons: I lose a gun centre and have no centre depth if Niu or Best are out, lose looping ability for next 2 weeks

    D. Musgrove > Any cheapie

Pros: Have an extra player in my squad and potentially more depth in positions I lack, extra cash generation
Cons: Does not improve my scoring 17 and lose looping ability

    E. Hold trades (I had 12 trades remaining at the start of this round and will finish with 10 if I use both trades)

C for me, B Smith looks to be starter while Bromwich is out (3-4 weeks) so would rule trading him out. Latrell out allows you to remove HTF from your 17

Should be wet game tonight in Leichardt. Should be battle of the forwards. Hopefully a few lazy forwards get tired and Haas slips through for an easy LB and try tonight.

Any chance you could get away with a Teddy/RTS/Pap back 3, or is Ponga a must have?

Just realised I can do Mitchell to RTS in one trade.

I like option C, but hate the idea of Hess to Robson. Screams of chasing last weeks points to me

    Hey brains trust.

If Matto is out trying to see whether i can loop or whether its fermour regardless?

    Team is set up

    Mcinnes
    Haas Carrigan
    Matto Angus Tapine
    Cleary (C) DCE
    Lomax Talau
    Teddy Paps Crichton

Grant, Api, Robson, Katoa (sharks WFB)
    Fermour, Niu, HTF, Paix

i havent made any trades this week but only have 9 an possible gus/matto to deal with next week. I think i just have to cop fermour regardless, but would love if there was a way to have a free look and then play Niu if Fermour is a dud against the storm

    thanks in advance!

Fuck broken thumb is what 4-6 weeks? I hope it's not true. I have managed to be fairly lucky with injury news and this week I already have Butcher, Farnsworth and Crichton

I'm playing Fermor this week, he should score 40+. I wouldn't be too concerned

Nah can't loop if Matto is out, as Fermor is your only 2RF cover meaning he comes in regardless.

If you traded say Katoa to FRF and then moved down Carrigan to bench I believe you could loop

Has to be Fermor if Matto is out. Only way to avoid it is trade in a 2RF (or FRF and move Carrigan to bench)
