Surely Dearden starts this week. He is the future (or was until they signed Croft). If so, Drinkwater to Dearden seems like a good option.

I wish my biggest problem was Arrow. Looking fit and averaging 51 with 0 attacking stats plus low offloads for his standards. You obviously started with him for a reason, I don't see how that has changed

The problem with Arrow is that his minutes are really inconsistent, and they look like staying lower with Wallace back in the team. Arrow and Lucy are my top two problems at the moment, and I don't intend to keep either one to the end, though Arrow might have to stay.

I wanted to hold Twal, but 3-4 more weeks with that much cash on the bench is an ask.

    Twal + Horse > Cleary & Butcher (or another 2rf under 600k)

Speaking of Croft, Milford completely bottomed out 504k and I think even to the Broncos my Warriors are lambs to the slaughter atm

I wouldn't be trading a fit Arrow out with 25 trades left, let alone half that

Was there any discussion about Taumalolo/HTF try savers?

EDIT: Just watched the replay. It was Lolo and Clifford who saved the try. HTF barely involved.

Put it on twitter. Got me my Cleary LBA

But seriously, Try Saves are the worst stat - I don't understand what bizarre technical description you have to hit to qualify for one, so I don't even try,

So for points this week, I'd like to bring in DCE and Taupau for Moses and Rudolf, and Teddy and Niu next week for Best and Luai. Would need Niu to remain at 212k, and scores of about 33 for Best and Luai and Teddy to score about 53 or less against the Storm to afford him. Better scores for this week probably, but a chance I won't be able to afford Teddy.

Or I could bring in Teddy and Niu this week. Would mean playing Teddy and Luai in the 17 for the week (instead of DCE and Kapow) so arguably less points, but given that there's a reasonable chance of Kapow and/or DCE dropping in price this week, and always the risk of Teddy smashing it, seems possibly the safer option in terms of affordability. Unless of course injuries mess up all the plans anyway.

Thoughts? Ideally I'd just get DCE and Teddy this week and wait a week on Taupau but I'm 5k short. Thanks. And yes I reserve the right to tinker before 4pm Tuesday.

All for looking at potential trade-ins, looking around for stats that stand out or PODs going unnoticed, etc. etc. but my trades are never locked in until about Thursday 5pm... No point looking at trades until TLT/Injury news comes out*

*Disclaimer: I have already looked at trades today

It depends on if you feel like you can forgo Teddy. I'd lean towards DCE/Taupau for points now and if Teddy happens to go huge Ponga/RTS are cheaper alternatives
