But gotta say as far as the isolation goes, all the players looked incredible, even at the re-start Round. Extra Gym and less cardio should be a positive for those sorts of injuries.

In saying that, and would love to hear PongaTheYeoMann's and PGC's take on this, but over-strengthening of Quads can actually contribute to knee tracking issues, and thus injuries. The Quads are very strong and the knee is quite complicated.

This must be the greatest night to play the Roosters, ever!

All to do with hamstring vs calf vs quad strength I think mate. Can severely impact knee injuries, why they have so many tests now. I know my quad strength was much stronger than hamstring after first knee trouble, had 4 more surgeries after and was attributed largely to that

Not sure they'll sign a hooker in the short term. Might run with Friend as 80 and Aubs as Mr Fix-it. Maybe a play for Peats if he's prepared to be emergency back-up only.
