I find it weird that LS's Q&A on NRL.com doesn't even mention Talau at all. Talk about Avo and Niu but doesn't mention him once.

Still think there is a chance of Friend resting. Back to back 80 minute games, 3rd game in 11 days and Melbourne next week on a 6 day turn around

I think at the least Verrills stays on the bench this week, if he was around last week Friend would have gotten a rest.
Not in a position to trade Friend out, so just have to hope for the best

With no reserve grade I think we will see rotation all year. Robbo will want 21 players match fit and ready to go for finals. I expect Friend to have some games of 80 minutes, some games of 65 minutes and some games where he completely rests. Will be the first of my borderline guns to go if I get luxury trades

Ivan should be able to play Crichton and Naden together in the one centre position. At least then it would be close to equalling 1 normal defender.

Who to play out of Luai,Niu or Clune? If Teddy is out then Niu will be playing regardless

I think you would be a brave man to take the C off Haas while they are down 2 middles

I'm facing the same CTR stress as everyone - Niu // Averillo // Talau
But in an attempt to spice it up slightly, I'm also torn between who else I should be bringing in. I can afford anyone outside of McInnes, but can't decide between going for the big dog option of a Cook/Smith or saving a few sheikels and getting a MoFo/Jurbo/Murray.
RTS and Pearce are penciled in for next week as cut-price keepers so leaning towards just saying fuck it and getting Cook...
