    Option 1: Friend + Isaako -> Ponga & Cheapie (Farnworth)

    Biggest issue I have with this trade is that I lose a borderline keeper in Friend. The biggest positive being I have $197k left over to go towards my HLFs which need quite a bit of attention. This does mean if Tedesco is ruled out I only play 16 this week.

    Option 2: Isaako + Paix -> Nofo & Nuffie (Niu) -

    The biggest negative this week, is if I bring in Nofoaluma, I won't look to get Ponga this year most likely as I will have Tedesco, Nofo, and Pap with my HLFs needing to be adressed. It also leaves me with a measly $10k left This gives me $10k change, but means even if Tedesco doesn't play i have 17 this week. While also keeping Friend in my squad as well.

    Really appreciate thoughts.

    Edit: Could also say fuck it get Lomax and pencil him in as cover and a long term 17th/18th man instead of Nofo

    mate, I'm a biased Nofo man but you'd have to prioritise Ponga over him, no question.

    Was really hoping to bang McInnes to second row and get Grant off my bench in draft. Guess I’ll just hold out hope for DPP after round 12.

    Is Thompson a walk in starter for the dogs and if so, will he be a good scorer you guys reckon?

    I may just hold Luai another week hope he busts out a 40 with a try and hope he eeks out a few more dollars.

    I may just look at a Paix to Averillo trade to get some cash generation going.

    Who do we think is the better choice, Averillo or Talau?

    I’m thinking maybe I’ll flip a coin lol!

    Hi all, hope everyone can work out a way to field 17 this week!
    Trying to work out who will make the most cash out of below:
    Averillo/Talau/Coates/McIntyre/Funa/Farnworth/Niu?

    Here mate - Talau v Averillo

    I spun the week 5 times for a result of

    Talau (2) vs Averillo (3).

    Don't see the Dogs getting him here to sit on the bench. maybe first game but that would be it you would think.

    I want to use my second trade this week to get some cash. Talau vs Averillo?

    Talau probably has better JS, with Ave having a better BE but with a bit more risk. Is that fair?

    Planning to cashout to Niu next week.

    You know what? I think maybe just one trade, Paix to Talau and get Niu next week if he goes well.

    I'll be running out 17:

    Cook
    Haas Rudolf
    Matterson Murray Leilua
    Moses Mann
    Talau Scrichton
    Ponga Pappy HTF

    Koro Grant Robson Luai

    (Carrigan, Katoa, Best, Wiliame)

    And I'll just figure out the rest next week.

    I have doubts over Averillo's job security although I think he'll score okay.

    If Meaney is a late inclusion, does Reimis Smith move to CTR and is it Holland or Averillo who makes way? I'd assume Holland but that's a risk that could go sideways.

    He's not an urgent trade by any means with a ~25 BE.

    If you can afford to hold him another week, always good to give yourself a chance at jagging a decent score and eeking a few more $ out.

    Love the two different opinions.

    Yeah a big score from him makes things interesting. But keeping him means I have to go Niu instead of Talau.

    Option A gives me JTurbo, Luai, Niu
    Option B gives me JTurbo, Talau, Paix

    Writing it like that I guess I have to go with A and hope for some big scores. Money generation needs to be sustained

    I spoke to a couple of Dogs fans and they think Averillo is a shining light in their attack and has to stay in.

    Talau’s hammy is a concern,

    On contemplation I am uncomfortable about my Paix straight to Pearce trade, would rather pick up Cleary/DCE as my second half.
    Was saving up to go Brailey straight to one of these this week and am now inclined to follow through with that trade and then maybe ditch Wiliame/Paix to Niu as my second trade to leave $100k in the bank for a future upgrade.

    Second trade a waste (gives me 17 this week as well as cash) or worth it given neither of those two guys look like getting another game in the near future?

    Does anyone think buying Latrell this week when he's up against the Panthers is a no go. I think Cleary will run Latrell around with his kicking game & Latrell will be buggered with low energy for attack.

    FUN FACT.

    Luai has only actually ever played 5 NRL matches in the halves with Cleary.

    Luai's scores are
    2019
    R11 = 18
    2020
    R1 = 33
    R2 = 36
    R5 = 26
    R6 = 25

    AVG = 29.6

    Clearys average over these games is 65 (66, 68, 75, 35, 81)

    Luai's best games are more like an outlier rather than a possibility... If that makes sense
    2018
    R17 = 98 v Warriors (May at 6, 11 TB's, 2 LB's, 2 Tries, 6 Goals, 1 TA)
    R18 = 48 (May at 6)
    2019
    R17 = 58 v Titans (Maloney at HB, 1 of only 2 games above 30 points)
    2020
    R4 = 44 v Warriors (Burton at 6)

    Maybe Luai is just a 25-30 pt scorer next to Cleary? With a BE around 26-29 maybe he is priced around his average?
