My guess is that there is too many people who accurately remember this game for a POD to top score.

Problem with origin is that a lot of people remember the games (or at least they key moments in the games) so its a bit of a memory game, moreso than regular NRL

I'm betting people don't remember tackle busts or run metres though, so hopefully its a nice fair comp.

I've wondered if that's why I'm going so bad in the main comp too. I can't remember a single moment of the NRL season in 2019. Let alone 2006. It's not that I don't love my footy... I just have no memory at all of any previous games or seasons at all. Same with people who quote movies and stuff - don't remember a single movie I ever see three minutes after the credits roll.

Ask me about 80's "hair metal" and I'll give you the full rundown on whatever you like, and I remember holidays quite well. But everything else... gone.

Anyway. I regret picking anyone from QLD in this one. For now, anyway. I assume there will be some kind of comeback? Maybe?
