Fixed it based on Sterlo actually being a good judge of players (as opposed to most of you battlers around these parts).....

I dont see why we wouldnt be sticking with Maloney at 7 and either Moylan or Hayne at 6. Bringing Cleary into the camp to get a feel of it because if he keeps developing the way he did this year, he is clearly the next NSW halfback.

As much as I dislike Dugan and Fergo - if they are healthy they will both be there on the right.
I could see us going with the Morris boys on the left which isnt terrible, but I would like us to move forward with some young talent. I would like to see TTrbo and Latrell mitchell out there. It will most likely be the morris twins, or TTrbo and Jennings/Hayne/Bird

    Ideally

    Tedesco
    Mitchell
    TTrbo
    Dugan
    Fergo
    Hayne
    Maloney

With Moylan on the bench because after a bit you can take a winger off and put him at 1, or move hanye back to 1 and put moylan at 6.

    3. Dugan
    4. Fergo
    5. Mansour
    6. Maloney/Moylan

I just think that they might go with Hayne at 6 because we dont have many good 6's and we have 2 excellent 1's in Ted and Moylan.

I wouldnt hate any combo of them to be honest, just as long as all 3 are in the side.

Agree mate, out of the 3 I would want Moylan in there the least if push came to shove

We might end up with Hayne in the centres, Ted at FB and Moylan at 6.
    Still not terrible.

Hayne at FB, Ted on the wing and Moylan at 6.

Moylan at 1, Ted at wing, Hayne at 6.

Hayne at 1, Ted on the wing, Moylan on the bench

who the fuck knows. They all should be there tho

    Ted at 1
    Hayne at Centre
Moylan at 6 would be worst case scenario for Queenslanders I'm thinking.

Lot of time to go before origin, but if I was a NSW supporter, this is what I'd be looking for (not what I think will be selected):
    1. Tedesco
    2. T Trbovic
    3. Hayne
    4. Dugan
    5. Mansour
    6. J Moloney
    7. A Reynolds

With Jennings, Ferguson, Moylan, and the Morris brothers able to come in for injury. Plenty of size, speed and skill in that team. Combine that with Frizell and Cordner as the running back rowers and that is a pretty dangerous team.

It still won't be good enough to win in 2017 or 2018 unless they get lucky, but they'll look really dangerous after Smith, Thurston, Slater and Cronk retire.

I think we have a really good shot next season.

A starting back row of Friz, Merrin, Cordner is fucking outstanding. Throw in other blokes like Graham, Carty, JTrbo - fucking awesome.
Front row stocks of Woods, Klemmer, Boyd, Fifita and Tamou is fucking great too.
    Hookers - Farah, Peats, Pearce

NSW are in for a resurgence for the next few seasons based off that pack alone IMO.

Obviously while Smith, Cronk, JT and slater are around - QLD will be favourites but fuck me dead NSW are looking like they are in for a golden period

I really rate Latrell Mitchell, I want to see him wearing sky blue sooner rather than later, a newcastle Jr. I would have preferred we paid 600k a year for him over ponga, but ah well.

NSW team looks great moving forward. You might also return to your usual position of winning almost half the time. When it comes to origin though, it's never to early to sledge. Wink

At this stage and this far out and assuming players are at their best and Mansour is out injured still I'd be going:

    1. Hayne
    2. Tedesco
    3. Bird
    4. Leilula
    5. Trbojevic
    6. Moylan (c)
    7. Maloney
    8. Woods
    9. Peats
    10. Fifita
    11. Frizell
    12. Graham
    13. J Turbo

    14. Klemmer
    15. Merrin
    16. James
    17. Pearce/Cartwright depending on what you want from your utility.

    I think they will go:

    1. Tedesco
    2. Ferguson
    3. Dugan
    4. Bird
    5. Hayne
    6. Maloney
    7. A. Reynolds
    8. Woods
    9. Pearce
    10. Tamou
    11. Cordner (c)
    12. Frizell
    13. Jackson

    14. Klemmer
    15. Merrin
    16. Graham
    17. Moylan

Pretty much our emerging side 1-17. There's a lot of talent there and certainly a lot of players that will play origin ie. Turbo x2, Cleary, Boyd,

Loz has named a 13 man emerging blues squad that will meet up in Jan for something

    S Boyd
    RCG
    Carty
    Cleary
    Ryan James
    Joey Leilua
    Jordan Mclean
    Latrell Mitchell
    Junior Paulo
    James Roberts
    Nathan Peats
    Jake Trbo
    Tom Trbo

I want to see every single one of those guys in a blue jersey over the next 2/3 years.

    Backline has to be
    Tedesco
    TTurbo
    Hayne
    Bird
BJ (yep i have him on the wing, his early set carries will be invaluable)
    Maloney
    Reynolds

    Moylan as the bench utility

I think Sterlo has done the right thing in changing the emerging squad into players that are right on the fringe and a real shot at playing that year rather then like in previous years having a big squad with guys who arent really a chance for at least 3-5 years.
