If you were happy with the rest of your team and had $504K to spend on a centre or winger (hopefully have the ability to swap Wil I Am to centre on Wednesday) then who would you buy (other than Aubusson as have him locked in).

    1. Joey Leilua
    2. James Roberts
    3. Braidon Burns
    4. Kotono Staggs
    5. Curtis Scott
    6. AJ Brimson

I have had Staggs and Roberts there at times but being talked around on Brimson despite draw.

Burns for me because there’s nothing more delightful in fantasy than some sideways running

Why no Friend? Assuming Koro is your starter then, or did you splurge?

Koro starting, replaced Friend with Levi.

Trying to find the money to keep all my preferred players that also play round 12 bye. A few downgrades to starting 13 to allow a much stronger bench. Will see what tlt brings.

What's the case for him? Seems like he'd need 50 mins plus to be a good pick.

How many locks don’t average 50 minutes? I can’t think of one.

Is Musgrove decent enough to be running as 17th man?

“Latrell isn’t fit enough to play 80 at the back yet.

You will find Burns will get a spell and Latrell will move to the centres for a period throughout the game.

    That’s my mail anyway”

From a Souths member who knows one of the trainers. So once Latrell is gassed probs at 60min mark AJ to go to fullback, Burns to come off and Latrell to centre.

Just thought you lads should know. This guy is pretty reliable as well.

So I think it’s best to not start with Burns with doubts around this.

Could be better to start the first 4-5 rounds with Black Widow and just hope once Morris comes he isn’t affected. But an injury to Cordner or Crichton could happen or something like that which would be better for Black Widow anyway!

The way I play it, I have a list of guys, ranked in terms of their value. The mainstays of my team would never get dumped, unless something has changed.

How I am looking to play the game overall changed. Both are origin players.

What's everyone's thoughts with starting Tom Trbojevic as a POD gun. The opening fixtures for Manly are quite challenging with Storm, Roosters & Raiders all within the first month but as seen last year - A fit TommyT will almost always cracks the 50 point bracket regardless of the team Manly are facing.
Currently already have Papy & Drinky - Looking for the third WFB. Brimson is also an option I am considering.
    Thoughts & Cheers.

Hey all. I’m about 10 pages behind. Slowly catching up.
I’d like to know your thoughts. This year I’m trying to bye plan but it’s so friggen hard.

Brailey + bird ($961) both out round 12
    V
JMK + Watkins +101k- both potentially play round 12 if fit.

Is it wise to plan to hold these guys until round 12?
Any way. If you’ve got time I’d love to see which way you go.

Both Brailey and jmk would be selected as Hok cover and obviously the other two would get a starting ctr spot

Not sure if anyone has noted this yet but Oates reckons he will gladly play prop this weekend against the Cows if he needs to. Big boy just wants more ball.

I see something similar to this happening but instead Latrell just playing more of a roaming role in the middle, kind of like Morgo does sometimes for QLD.

Just watched some NRL news where apparently he'd had some leg infection and dropped a few kegs around Christmas. He's back for Round 1 but wouldn't be too excited by him atm!

I'd read into that more if it came from Seibold, rather than Corey "I'm a second rower" Oates.
Good that he's pumped to get stuck in though
