Unfortunately (for me) it is completely unqualified medical advice (and a joke).
My ankles are so fucked that i can go over on them on an uneven bit of footpath, still play five a side soccer three times a week so my strapping tape bill is fairly hefty....dread to think what they are going to feel like when I am really old as opposed to just old.

Dumping Farah for Burns (will be my 18th man for the run home, Staggs 19th).
Leaves me 5 trades, $325k ITB. Dearden is sitting there, so can upgraded to hopefully Klemmer next week, if he loses $10k.. Can't see anyone worth while to bring in this week, but Farah is losing too much cash to hold, and isn't a keeper anymore
Could also dump Watson next week for a Cook/Turbo/Jurbo, if he get's benched or play shit.

Trades are mann&arthurs to a. Jamie buhrer or b. Farnsworth and surgess (would get tevaga but need coverage for frf/2rf.
Hav no cover 4 teddy so should i go with farnsworth?
Or just run with 2 wfbs this week and then buhrer has been scoring ok and is dpp so great injury coverage but his scores may drop with levi returning (altho did score 43 last round)
